What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines functional strength and endurance in a competitive, measurable format — designed for everyone from first-timers to elite athletes.
Each race follows the same format:
1km run → followed by 1 functional workout station
This sequence is repeated 8 times, making it an event that tests both your engine and resilience.
At Hyrox Epsom, we take the race format and break it down into trainable, high-energy classes that replicate and refine each station. You’ll build engine, movement efficiency, pacing strategy, and confidence. Whether you’re racing for time, for fun, or for your first finish line — we’ve got your back.

Our Hyrox Membership is designed specifically for athletes training toward the Hyrox race format. For £120 per month, you'll get access to:

Each session is built around the official Hyrox structure, using real race equipment like sleds, ski-ergs, wall balls, and sandbags — all coached by experienced Hyrox athletes and trainers. Whether you're aiming to complete your first race or compete at a high level, this membership gives you the structure, coaching, and community to get there.
